Opgenaaide decoratie
Een macramé armband van polyester koord. Sluiting is een metalen knoop. De prachtige metalen hangers zijn op de armband genaaid.
1.
Cut two pieces of macramé cord – one piece measuring 55cm and the other measuring 210cm. Arrange the cords as shown. (The finished size of the bracelet is approx. 20cm).
2.
Braid as shown, alternately from side to side. The loop at the top must match the size of the button.
3.
Continue until the desired length is reached.
4.
Pull one cord through the button and put down the two ends onto the back of the bracelet.
5.
Finish with a braiding around the ends.
6.
Remove a small amount of the inside of the cord with a pair of scissors.
7.
Melt the ends and immediately …
8.
… push down the ends into the back of the bracelet.
9.
Sew a metal plate pendant onto the middle of the bracelet with a piece of thin lightly waxed cotton cord.

Trendy armbanden
Magnetische sluitingen zijn gelijmd op imitatie leerkoord. De hangers zijn gemaakt van kralen op nietstiften.
1.
Put beads onto head pins and ball head pins.
2.
Bend the pin as shown with round nose pliers.
3.
Pull the end of the pin over the round nose pliers to form a loop.
4.
Twist the end several times whilst gripping onto the pin with the round nose pliers.
5.
Nip off the end of the pin with side cutters.
6.
Assemble the pendant and a closing ring with a round jump ring.
7.
Pull the rings with the pendants onto the cord. You may need to use flat nose pliers.
8.
Glue magnetic clasps onto the cord ends. Squeeze the glue into the inside of the “cap end” of the magnetic clasp and insert the cord. You may use the pointed end of a pair of scissors to insert the cord into the magnetic clasp.

Sieraden maken
Armbanden gemaakt met jade kralen, Indiaase agaat kralen en natuurlijke steenkralen geregen op elastiek. Gedecoreerd met bedels en strassrondelles.
Finish with a row of knots. Make sure to tighten between each knot.
Made with natural stone beads, message charms and rhinestone rondelles.

Gevlochten armbanden
Geknoopt met macramé koord met multi-facette halfedelsteen kralen en knopen van kristal. Een metalen kraal met tekst is verwerkt in de geknoopte sluiting van de armband.

Cut two pieces of 2mm macramé cord measuring approx. 80cm and one piece of 1mm macramé cord measuring 40cm. Fasten the first 10cm of the card onto a clipboard. Braid with the thick cords and thread the stones onto the 1mm cord.

Thread the crystal button onto the middle cord and pull the braiding tight underneath.

Finish braiding the bracelet and alternate between a stone and a button.

Thread the two ends of the thin cord through the metal text bead from each side.

Continue braiding over the thin cords until the bracelet has the required length.

Cut off the ends and melt them.

… and immediately press them firmly onto the back using a pair of scissors.

The thin macramé cord has a plastic core which is then pulled out.
9
Lightly melt the end and thread on a mini silver bead.

Tie a knot and melt this very carefully.

Oorbelknoppen
Een dunne metalen ketting is bevestigd aan oorbelknoppen met een platte voorkant. Rozen van klei zijn op de platte voorkant gelijmd.
1.
Cut a piece of jewellery chain measuring approx. 6.2cm. Use a small round jump ring to connect the chain with the butterfly back (the stopper).
2.
Put the last link of the other end of the chain onto the earring’s poined stud and glue it onto the flat pad.
3.
Glue the clay rose onto the front of the flat pad.

Sieraden
Deze prachtige cluster van kralen is gevormd door de kralen op nietstiften te rijgen en aan het einde ogen te draaien. Rijg op een leren koord.

Put the beads onto ball head pins and nip a bit off. Twist to make 2-3 loops with round nose pliers.

Attach the loops onto a long leather cord. Arrange the beads to make a cluster and hold it in place by, for example, using a bead.

Unisex armband
Een met 5 koorden gevlochten armband met zilveren kralen.
1.
Glue the five pieces of leather cord, each measuring approx. 30cm, into one part of a click lock.
2.
You may fasten the click lock part onto a clipboard. Start plaiting by positioning two cords to the left and three cords to the right.
3.
Plait as shown by alternately placing the outer cord into the center.
4.
After approx. 3cm (depending on the entire length of the bracelet) secure the plaited piece of the bracelet onto the clipboard with masking tape before pulling the spacer bead onto the plaited bracelet.
5.
Remove the masking tape, push up the spacer bead to the plaited area of the bracelet, and continuing plaiting. Pull a total of three spacer beads onto the bracelet.
6.
Secure the end of the plaited bracelet with masking tape, trim the ends and glue these into the other part of the click lock.

Trendy zilveren sieraden
Bevestig kralen gemaakt van echte, samengeperste schelpen op sieradenonderdelen van sterling zilver om bijvoorbeeld oorbellen en een ketting met een hanger te maken.
1.
Carefully open the bead hanger bail and insert the bead onto the spears of the bead hanger bail. Close it by squeezing it with flat nose pliers. Pull the jewellery chain through the pendant loop at the top of the bead hanger bail and attach a lobster claw clasp.
2.
For the earrings put the bead onto a flower head pin. Nip off approx. 2cm of the pin and twist to make loops with the remaining pin. Attach this pendant onto a French ear wire with a flower design.

Gevlochten armband met kralen
Gevlochten armband van leer met steenkralen.
Step 1.
Cut 7 pieces of leather cord each measuring 50cm; 3 in one colour, 3 in another colour and 1 in a third colour. Tie together with a knot. Put on approx. 9 beads on one of the cords.
Step 2.
Put the 3×2 colours to either side. Push up one of the beads.
Step 3.
Secure the bead by putting cords from left to right. Pass 3 cords from the right to the left. The cords are allowed to lie side by side.
Trin 4.
Push up another bead.
Step 5.
Continue from side to side until the desired length is reached.
Step 6.
Lay the ends parallel and braid with a new piece of cord as shown. Fasten this cord on the back with glue.
Step 7.
Tie knots on all the ends and then trim.

Gevlochten armband in unisex design
Een gevlochten armband van 4mm polyester koord met een knoop in antiek zilver.

Cut two pieces of macramé cord – one piece measuring 55cm and the other measuring 210cm. The finished size of the bracelet is approx. 20cm. Double over the short piece and put it on the middle of the long piece of macramé cord.

Braid alternately from right to left…

… and from left to right until the desired length is reached.
4
Melt the tip of the ends – this makes it easier when pulling the button onto the cord.
5
You may use pliers to pull the cords through the button.
6
Put down the two ends and braid one last time around them.
7
Cut off the two macramé cords at approx. 1cm.
8
Melt the ends carefully.
9
Push the ends down immediately – you may use pliers.
10
Cut off the other two ends at approx. 1.5cm.
