Broche
De organza bloem is gelijmd op een broche. Een kralenkap en kleine glaskralen zijn als decoratie op de bloem genaaid.
1.
Sew a large bead cap onto the middle of the carnation.
2.
Sew on a “cluster” of small beads onto the carnation. Put two or three beads onto the needle at a time.
3.
Glue the brooch back onto the back of the carnation.

Sieraden draad met glas kralen
Rijg verschillende glas kralen op een stuk sieraden draad en werk af met zilveren sieraden onderdelen.
1.
Thread the beads onto a piece of beading wire approx. 15cm longer than the desired length of the necklace.
2.
Close both ends of the necklace with a bead tip and a crimp bead. You may refer to the techniques described in the Jewellery School.
3.
Attach an oval ring to one end of the necklace and an oval ring with a lobster claw clasp to the other end.

Peace
Sieraden gemaakt van 2mm leerkoord met een schuifknop met gekleurde howlite kralen in de vorm van een peace teken.
1.
For the bracelet cut two pieces of leather cords each measuring approx. 70cm and attach these to the bead as shown. Place the four ends parallel and make an adjustable cord in each side. See the technique below.
2.
For the necklace pendant put beads onto an eye pin and twist the end to form a double loop. Attach an oval jump ring in the loop. Insert a 140cm long piece of leather cord into the oval jump ring. Make adjustable knots in each side so that the size of the necklace can be adjusted. See the technique below.
A.
Adjustable knot:
Place the two ends parallel and tie each end or side separately. Make a loop with the end of the cord and run it back and around the two cords three to five times as desired.
B.
Now feed the end back through the loops – including the first loop.
C.
Pull the cord end and the loops will lie closely around the two cords.
D.
The cord end can be cut off close to the knot. Now glue it securely onto the loops. Beware not to glue it onto the cord on which it is meant to slide on.

Armband
Agaat kralen en strasstenen zijn geregen op een stuk sieradenkoord en het slot is een kapittelslot met hart bevestigd met knijpkralen.
1.
Attach a piece of beading wire onto one part of the clasp using a crimp bead.
2.
Thread the beads onto the wire until a desired lenght is achieved. Finish with the smallest bead. Note that the clasp measures aprox. 2cm.
3.
Attach the other part of the clasp using a crimp bead. A pair of bent nose pliers is an excellent piece of tool for this procedure.

Ketting in drievoud
Rijg glazen kralen op drie stukken sieraden draad. Rijg de kleine kralen op elk van de drie draden. De draden worden allen door de grote kralen geregen. Sieradenonderdelen worden gebruikt om de ketting te sluiten.
1.
Gather three pieces of beading wire with a bead tip and a crimp bead.
2.
Thread small beads onto each of the three pieces of beading wire. Then gather all the three wires in the large beads.
3.
Close with a bead tip and a crimp bead. Then attach oval rings and a lobster claw clasp. You may refer to the techniques described in the Jewellery School.
4.
A variant (a bracelet): Thread beads onto a piece of elastic cord. Tie the cord with five or six very tight reef knots.

Sieraden
Deze prachtige glaskralen bieden een rijkdom aan mogelijkheden. Hier zijn bijpassende draadkralen gemaakt van zacht sieradendraad om een mandrel gedraaid tot kralen. Glas- en draadkralen zijn geregen op elastiek, dat het werken gemakkelijk maakt.

Armband
Een armband gevlochten van 2mm macramé koord met prachtige glazen charm beads en fashion links. Het slot is een kapittelsluiting.
1.
Cut two pieces of 2mm macramé cord, one piece measuring 130cm, the other 65cm. Thread the short piece of cord through the loop of one of the toggle clasp parts and double over. Double over the long cord and use it for braiding. See the technique below.
2.
String the beads onto the two middle cords.
3.
Thread one of the middle cords through the loop of the other toggle clasp part and secure both ends underneath the cord.
4.
Braiding Technique:
A clip board is used for starting and supporting the braiding. Attach the pieces of cord under the clip. Thread beads onto the middle piece of cord.

Follow steps B to I. Start again and switch from right to left until the desired length is reached.

Push up the beads when they are needed.

Melt the ends one by one with a lighter and immediately push them into the braided piece with a pair of scissors (for example) so they melt together.

Oorbellen met uilen van Mini Hama kralen
Doe Mini Hama kralen op de onderborden, eventueel m.b.v. een pincet. Strijk vast met bakpapier tussen het strijkijzer en de kralen. Bevestig een oorbelhaak met een klein ringetje aan de uilen.

Leren sieraden
This is how you do it
Cut different kinds of leather cords into bracelet length, put on beads and a silver spiral made with a wire working tool set. Fit on a clasp.
1.
Attach the silver-plated wire onto the base and attach the mandrel. Feel free to use different size mandrels.
2.
Keep the wire in place on the mandrel with your left thumb and turn around with your right index finger in the top hole of the base.
3.
Now cut the coil to the desired length or pull it longer if preferred.
4.
Pull the spiral onto the leather cord/cords. Press the ends lightly with a pair of flatnose pliers.

Ketting van draad
Kralen zijn geregen op sterk draad en de sluiting is aan beide uiteinden gelijmd met lijm.
1.
The clasp consits of three parts. Attach largest part onto the wire turning the large hole turning towards the end of the wire. Glue on the small part without a screw using instant glue.
2.
Thread beads onto the wire before closing the wire at the other end by glueing on the part with the screw.
3.
Pull the large part over the small part.
4.
Screw on the part with the screw onto the large fastening part.
