Kerstbomen
Kerstbomen en dieren zijn geknipt uit 3mm vilt en gedecoreerd met stiften en pailletten.
1.
Cut out the two Christmas tree shapes using the template.
2.
Cut a slit from the base and 2/3 up on one Christmas tree and from the top and 1/3 down on the other Christmas tree.
3.
Assemble the two pieces and fix them in place with a glue gun.
4.
Make small glue dots with a Clear Marker and place the sequins in the dots. You may use a glue pen for picking up the sequins.
5.
Shape a star from a pipe cleaner and glue it onto the Christmas tree.
6.
Make holes for hanging decorations or bells using revolving punch pliers.

3D Harten
Uitgestanste harten van vellum en kartonnen harten zijn aan elkaar gemaakt met een nietmachine.
1.
Four punched-out hearts are folded lengthwise. Press the crease sharp.
2.
Place the folded hearts on top of each other in a small pile and staple them together with a stapler along the crease in the middle.
3.
Glue on a piece of flax twine on two sides with a glue gun.
4.
Thread a bead onto the flax twine.

Vlinder op kaart
Dit is een grappige techniek waarbij smalle papieren vlechtstroken van Vivi Gade Design zijn opgerold of gedraaid m.b.v. een quilling pen en vervolgens gelijmd. De vormen zijn op een kaart gelijmd op Vivi Gade papier.
1.
Roll or twist the weaving paper strips using a quilling pen.
2.
Place the rolled up paper strips in a desired mould in the quilling board.
3.
Remove them carefully from the quilling board. To hold the size and the shape, glue them together with Clear Marker.
4.
Place in the mould on the quilling board again. You could use pins to keep the same distance between the turns. Now glue with Clear Marker. The glue is gel-like and not runny. Let it dry.
5.
Glue a piece of Vivi Gade paper onto a greeting card using double-sided adhesive tape.
6.
Glue the paper coils onto the greeting card in a desired pattern. In this example: a butterfly.
7.
Glue strips of paper along the edge.

Alle Vivis op een rij
Prachtig hangende meisjes van Vivi Gade Design papier met armen en benen gemaakt van papiergaren.
1.
Cut a dress and a hat from each of the paper designs using the templates. Turn the paper so the dress and the hat are different.
2.
Attach double-sided adhesive tape to the dress and the hat and assemble.
3.
Cut the paper yarn to the desired length for arms and legs. Remember they must be long enough to tie a knot at the ends.
4.
Paint the wood buttons (five for each girl).
5.
Pull a bead onto each leg and arm and tie a knot.
6.
Pull the legs through the dress. Lay the arms at the side of the dress. Feed the yarn for the legs up through the dress. Cut a small hole at the top of the dress for the yarn’s exit.
7.
Glue the ends of the arms and legs into the head.
8.
Cut a piece of cotton yarn for hanging. Pull the yarn down through the hat and glue both ends into the head, forming a loop.
9.
Put the last bead on top of the hat by pulling the yarn end through the bead.

Eenvoudige kegels
Witte, uitgestanste kegels zijn gedecoreerd met uitgestanste bloemen die zijn bevestigd met glue dots.
Moisten the flax twine in order to straighten it. Let it dry.
1.
Assemble the cone with double-sided adhesive tape.
2.
Assemble the flower with Glue Dots. Attach the button at the end.
3.
Make the tassel and tie it onto the twine first also using Glue Dots and attach this to the cone handle.

Kerstkandelaren
Geverfd en gestippeld met porseleinstiften en gefixeerd in de oven gedurende 90 min. op 160 graden.
1.
Place the template inside the candle holder and hold in place with with scrunched up plastic or kitchen roll.
2.
Trace along the pattern with dots. Remember to squeeze the paint into the tip now and then.
3.
Fix the glass paint in the oven at 160 degrees for 90 min.

Een hangende decoratie
Papieren vlechtstroken worden opgerold m.b.v. een quilling pen en in een hartvormige lijst verwerkt. De rolletjes worden geplakt met een laag Dana Super hobbylijm.
1.
Use a quilling pen for twisting the weaving paper strips and insert them into the frame.
2.
Fill in all the holes on the frame and glue the entire surface with Dana Super Hobby Glue.
3.
Attach a piece of cotton yarn for hanging.

Prachtige geschenkdozen met muzieknoten en labels
Vouw de doos, scheur het muzieknoten papier met een liniaal en bevestig deze aan de doos en decoreer met linten en labels.

Kaart met uilen
Gemaakt op een witte kaart met Vivi Gade papier designs uit de Stockholm serie. Gedecoreerd met Vivi Gade lint en stippen/halfronde parels gemaakt met een Paper Pen.

Cut off 2cm from the front of the card.
2
Cut a piece of Design Card measuring 12.7 x 12.7cm (or 5” x 5”) and punch with a Fiskars Border and Corner Punch.

Cut away the outer edge and glue the card onto the inside of the blank card.
4
Cut out three small owls from the Design Paper and glue them onto a piece of Design Card. Then cut out the owls again – this time with a small edge protruding.
5
Glue the owls onto the front of the card. In order to place them at an equal distance, start with the top and bottom. The last owl is centered between the two.
6
Cut a piece of patterned paper measuring 10 x 12cm and fold it lengthwise at 6cm.
Glue this onto the card as shown.
7
Cut a piece of ribbon measuring approx. 50cm and put it around the front of the card. (You may use Power Tape to hold the ribbon in place). Then tie a bow.
8
Finally make some small semi-circular pearls with a Paper Pen.

Eenvoudige kerstbomen
Kerstbomen geknipt uit vilt en gedecoreerd met decoupagepapier.
1.
Draw the shapes onto felt using the template and cut out.
2.
Turn the decoupage paper design upside down and turn the vliesofix with the adhesive side down towards the decoupage paper. Fix the vliesofix onto the decoupage paper with an iron.
3.
Trim the excess vliesofix.
4.
Separate the paper and the vliesofix.
5.
Now fix the decoupage design onto the felt shape with a piece of grease proof paper between the iron and the decoupage design.
