Maak je eigen kussens
De kussens zijn gedecoreerd met sjablonen ingeschilderd met Textil Color textielverf. Navulflesjes met een fijne punt zijn gevuld met Textil Color textielverf om de tekst te schrijven.

Place a plastic bag inside the cushion prior to painting.

Place the stencil on top of the cushion and draw the design in pencil.

Draw the design on top of the pencil line using a refill bottle with a fine tip filled with Textil Color fabric paint. Decorate the bird with dots.

Make more prints – use your imagination. The black bird is made by dabbing paint onto the stencil using a foam stencil brush.

Write text using the refill bottle with a fine tip.

Kleine tassen
De tassen zijn gedecoreerd met behulp van het sjabloon uitgeknipte stukken slangehuidfolie designs. Ze zijn ook gedecoreerd met kleurrijke schoenveters en knopen.
1.
Cut out the designs from snakeskin plastic foil using the template.
2.
Make small holes along the edges using revolving punch pliers.
3.
Make the large eyelets using the template as guidance.
4.
Sew the small pieces of snakeskin plastic foil onto the large design using cotton yarn.
6.
Sew the finished design onto the bag. Insert a small cutting mat inside the bag, enabling you to insert the needle in and out in one single stitch when sewing the design onto the bag.
7.
Variation:
Cut a piece of snakeskin plastic foil and make a hole in the middle. Sew it onto the side of the bag.
8.
Tie three shoelaces together and pull them through the hole. Plait them to make a long strap.

Gehaakte vaas
Pons gaten langs de rand van de opvouwbare vaas en haak een rand met Fantasia garen.
1.
Fill the bag vase with hot water to unfold it and empty it again. Make holes along the edge of the vase with revolving punch pliers the same size as the crochet hook which will be used, so that the crochet hook can pass through the hole. If using a No. 4 crochet hook, make 17 holes in each side, totaling 34 holes all the way around.
2.
Crochet 20 chain stitches using black yarn. This is one ribbon which hangs down. Now continue with double crochet stitches all the way around the edge.
3.
Finish this row with 30 chain stitches to make the other ribbon for hanging down.
4.
Change the colour of the yarn to turquoise and continue with double crochet stitches all the way around the edge on top of the black.
5.
Crochet 3 chain stitches and crochet the end together. Then crochet 9 double crochet stitches down the middle, forming a small ring/flower. Repeat step No. 5 so you have two small flowers for the two ribbon ends. Sew the small flower onto the ribbon end with a different colour yarn, forming the core/centre in the middle of the flower.
6.
The yellow/green flower:
Crochet 5 chain stitches and crochet the end together, forming a ring.
7.
Crochet 12 double crochet stitches all the way around.
8.
Crochet 3 basic treble stitches in the same stitch. Crochet one chain stitch, skip one and crochet in the next stitch. Repeat six times in total.
9.
Change the colour of the yarn to green. Crochet three chain stitches, one double crochet stitch down into the first chain stitch, forming a small bump. Then one double crochet stitch in the next hole. Repeat step No. 9.

Tafelloper voor Kerst
Een tafelloper en een tafelkleed zijn genaaid van Vivi Gade stof van de Copenhagen serie. Gedecoreerd met prachtig kant.

For the table runner cut to a desired length: 1 piece measuring 23cm, two pieces each measuring 12cm and two pieces each measuring 6cm.

Cut the same sizes from vlieseline minus 1cm in each side. Iron onto the fabric.
3
Sew all lengths together with 1cm seam.
4
Sew the lace onto each side of the centre piece of fabric.
5
Cut another piece of fabric with the same measurement as the sewn pieces of fabric. Sew together, right side against right side with a 1cm seam all the way around. Leave an opening for turning the cloth inside out. Sew the opening together with back stitches. Iron the table runner.
6
Fold in 1cm of the edges of the tablecloth and iron to fix (you may use the sewing machine to sew over lock stitches beforehand). Sew on the lace.

Theedoeken en placemats
Knuffelige kussens gemaakt van theedoeken en placemats; gedecoreerd met textielstiften en acryl garen.
1.
Decorate the fabric using fabric markers.
2.
Arrange the fabric, outer side against outer side and place a small ball of acrylic yarn between the layers.
3.
Sew the layers together and leave an opening at the bottom.
4.
Fill the cushion with polyester stuffing.
5.
Sew the cushion together.

Denneappel van stof
Een ei van styropor bedekt met Vivi Gade stof. De inkepingen zijn gemaakt met een snijmes en de stukken stof worden in de uitsnedes geduwd.

Measure the largest circumference point around the egg and divide into eight areas.

Draw from the top to the bottom through the eight points. Use the tape measure as a ruler.

Draw an arc at the top in each of the eight divided areas. Shift the next row. Draw the arcs of the 3rd row inside the division and change the pattern like this.

Cut into all the drawn arcs with an art knife by pushing it into the polystyrene.
5
Cut small pieces of fabric to match the areas on the polystyrene egg. Push the fabric into the grooves with a nail file.
6
Cut off excess fabric as close as possible.
7
Push the rest of the fabric into the groove so it is not visible.
8
Paint wooden beads with red and off white Plus Color.
9
Glue a bead and a piece of cord onto the bottom of the egg and attach two beads with a double piece of cord to form a loop onto the top of the egg and glue it in place.

Prachtige hangende decoraties
Deze canvas figuren zijn geverfd met Art Proff kunstenaarsverf verdund met water. Ze zijn geplakt op zelfklevend foam plaat. Een pop-pom van tule is gemaakt met de pom-pom maker.
1.
Paint the canvas figure with Art Proff Artist Color paint mixed with plenty of water. Let it dry.
2.
Draw a design on the canvas figure using a black Power Liner.
3.
Cut out an identical figure from foam rubber.
4.
Cut three or four widths of tulle. (You may cut through the entire roll). Wrap the strips around the Pom-pom maker – see the instructions on the package.
5.
Cut open the tulle and tie a piece of paper yarn around the middle.
6.
Secure the piece of paper yarn between the canvas and the self-adhesive foam rubber figure for hanging.

Textieldecoratie
Een gestippeld patroon gemaakt met 3D Puff Liner op een zonnehoed en een zonneklep. Een warmtepistool is gebruikt om de decoratie te laten “puffen”. Een makkelijke en grappige techniek voor iedereen.

Ster
Styropor ster bedekt met Vivi Gade Design stof dat in de snedes/inkepingen gedrukt is. Gedecoreerd met zilverdraad en kralen.
1.
Draw along the edges of the star as shown.
2.
Cut grooves using a craft knife.
3.
Cut the fabric loosely and push the edges of the fabric into the groove using a metal spatula, a nail file or similar.
4.
Cut the fabric close to the edge.
5.
You may cut a notch in the corner.
6.
Push the tip of the fabric in before the last bits at the sides.
7.
Thread a bead onto a piece of silver thread. Secure the knot with a blob of glue on one of the star’s points.
8.
Decorate with silver thread along the edges. Glue on securely down between the points.
9.
Push a needle with a bead into the middle of the star.
