Gevlochten armband in prachtige kleuren
Deze armband is gevlochten met een techniek die de zweep vlechttechniek wordt genoemd. Kralen op een nietstift worden als hanger bevestigd.
This brading technique is known by many and has recently been revived by the fashion industry. Depending on your choice of material, the look may vary so that it appeals to both teenagers and adults. We start with a new braiding technique and combine it with a new leather cord with a metallic finish.

Leren armband
Prachtige leren armband met een bloemkraal in het midden.
1
Cut 3 pieces of leather cord each measuring approx. 25cm. Pull on a silver flower over all 3 cords.

Tie a knot on either side of the flower using two of the cords.

Cut off the leather cords so that –with a clasp – they will fit lengthwise around the arm.
4
Brush with glue at the ends and attach an end cap.
5
Attach a split ring and a clasp in the end cap.
6
Attach a bead onto a flower head end pin and bend it down.
7
Twist the flower head end pin around.
8
Cut off the excess from the flower head end pin.
9
Fit the clasp and the flower head end pin with the split ring.

Armband met oesterkralen
Platte oesterkralen en strasstenen zijn geregen op een elastisch koord van 0,8 mm.
1.
Attach an oval ring to the Rhinestone drop.
2.
Thread Oyester beads, rhinestone beads, rhinestone drops and mini metal beads onto an 8mm thick piece of elastic beading wire.
3.
Finish the bracelet with four or five tight knots. Pull the knot inside the rhinestone bead to hide it.

Maak uw eigen ring
Verzilverd draad is gedraaid om een ring stok en vervolgens is er een kristal kraal op bevestigd.
1.
Measure the appropriate ring size using the ring sizer.
2.
The size can be found on the ring stick.
3.
Wrap the silver-plated wire tightly around the ring stick at the correct size number.
4.
Let the two ends go past eachother and then wrap the ends around the ring. This now forms the bottom of the ring.
5.
Use a new piece of silver-plated wire to wrap along the top of the ring towards the middle and bend it straight upwards. Use another piece of silver-plated to wrap along the top of the ring and towards the middle and wrap the end around the piece which is bent upwards.
6.
Put the bead onto the stalk.
7.
Use the tip of round nose pliers to twist the wire forming a coil. Nip off the end.

Een kleurrijke armband met houten kralen
Deze mooie en kleurrijke houten kralen zijn gecombineerd met macramé koord.
1.
Rijg een grote houten kraal naar het midden van een dik macramé koord.
2.
Leg een knoop zo dicht mogelijk tegen de kraal aan.
3.
Leg het dunne macramé koord achterlangs het dikke macramé koord en voer de twee koordeinden van het dunne koord door een kleine kraal zoals afgebeeld.
4.
Leg nu de twee dikke koordeinden over het dunne koord zoals afgebeeld.
5.
En haal weer de dunne koordeinden door een kleine kraal.
6.
Leg nu weer de dikke koordeinden over het dunne koord en rijg weer een kraal en blijf dit herhalen tot de armband de gewenste lengte heeft.
7.
Maak een knoop met de dunne koorden om het dikke koord heen.
8.
Vlecht een klein stukje met de uiteinden.
9.
Buig het gevlochten deel om een lus te maken, groot genoeg zodat er een grote kraal doorheen past.
10.
Wikkel de dunne koorden er omheen om de lus vast te maken.
12.
Knip de overtollige uiteinden af.
13.
Smelt de uiteinden een beetje om ze goed vast te zetten.

Handbewerkte beenkralen aan een leren koord
Knopen zijn tussen de kralen gemaakt. Voor de ketting hebben we een dubbel koord gebruikt dat ook geknoopt is.

Maak uw eigen ring
Verzilverd draad is gevormd rond een ringstok. Kralen zijn genaaid op een kapje door middel van een dun stukje zilverdraad.
1.
Using a ring sizer, measure the size of the finger.
2.
Find the size of the ring by putting it onto a ring stick.
3.
Wrap the silver-plated wire tightly around the correct size number on the ring stick.
4.
Let the two ends go past eachother and then wrap the ends around the ring. Nip off the end.
5.
Wrap a thin piece of silver-plated wire around the top of the ring. Leave one end long.
6.
Push to flatten a bead cap.
7.
Attach the bead cap onto the long end of the silver-plated wire.
8.
Thread the beads onto the wire 1 – 2 – 3 at the time whilst “sewing” up and down through the holes of the bead cap – and around the ring.

Hangers gemaakt van krimpfolie
Kleur een motief van krimpfolie in met een neonkleurige markeerstift. Rijg de hanger op een stuk satijnkoord.
1.
Draw a motif on the rough side of the shrink plastic sheet.
3.
Colour in the motif with a Stabilo Marker.
4.
Make a hole in the motif for hanging.
5.
Put the motif in the oven at 160°C until it has shrunk and unfolded again.
6.
Cut a piece of satin cord for the necklace and attach fold-over cord ends onto each end of the satin cord.
7.
Insert a round jump ring through the hole of the shrink plastic sheeet pendant and through both loops of the fold-over cord ends. Close the round jump ring.
8.
Thread large plastic beads onto the doubled-over satin cord to hide the joint.
