Prachtige ijspegels – Exclusieve Kerstdecoraties

U kunt ongelooflijke ijspegels maken met verzilverd draad en druppelvormige glaskralen. De ijspegels kunnen gebruikt worden als versiering voor de kerstboom, of aan een tak of om in het venster te hangen.

Cut a piece of silver-plated wire which is twice the length of the desired icicle. Thread five small beads onto the wire.

Double over the wire and thread it outside the first bead and through the next bead.

Pull the wires out to each side.

Thread small clear beads onto one wire and continue 1/3 of the wire.

Repeat with the small matt beads.

Now thread medium sized beads (clear and matt) on 1/3 of the wire.

Finally thread the large beads (clear and matt) on 1/3 of the wire.

Twist the wire to close it.

Make a loop for hanging.

Cut off the excess wire.

Twist the wires around each other.

Repeat steps 1 – 10.
Step 11: make a heart shape.

Kerstster

Gevouwen van Vivi Gade Design papier. Gedecoreerd met brads, kraalkapjes en decoratief lint. In elkaar gezet met een E-Z dubbelzijdig tape dispenser.

1.

Cut eight pieces of Vivi Gade Design Paper each measuring 10 x 6.5cm.

2.

Fold each piece in half lengthwise.

3.

Fold each corner into the centre.

4.

Fold again as shown so the edges are flush with the middle.

5.

Smooth the edges with a bone folder.

6.

Assemble the short sides and apply adhesive from the E-Z double-sided adhesive dispenser along the edge as shown.

7.

Now take another folded piece of paper, put it next to the one with the adhesive and fold the flap over.

8.

Assemble a bead cap with a brad and attach to the star.

9.

Attach a decorative ribbon for hanging.

10.

Glue the two half stars together.

Houten figuren met gedragen look

Houten kerstfiguren en Manilla labels geverfd met Plus Color. De randen zijn geschuurd met schuurpapier. Bevestigd aan een lint vormen zij samen een prachtige slinger.

1.

Paint the figures with Plus Color and let them dry for a min. of 24 hours.

2.

Sand the edges lightly using coarse sand paper.

3.

Attach a piece of string to the figures.

4.

Hang the figures on a piece of ribbon.

Kerstbal voor de kerstboom

Een kerstbal van papier-mâché geverfd met Plus Color en decoupage lijmlak glitter. Gedecoreerd met kalkoenveren en kralen gelijmd met een lijmpistool.

Paint the ornament with Plus Color in different colours and let it dry well.

Make a line in the indentations and dots at the bottom with a 3D glitter liner.

Mix a small amount of 3D glitter liner with decoupage glitter lacquer and paint every other area with this silver mixture.

Put a bead onto a head pin and insert this, as well as some turkey feathers, into a plastic bead cone making a small “tassel”. Glue in place with a glue gun.

Attach the “tassel” to the bottom of the ornament using a glue gun.

Put some beads onto the string for hanging and finish by decorating the ornament with dots made with a Paper Pen.

Wasstaven met een lont of in een wassmeltpistool worden gesmolten en het design van de zegels wordt in de was gedrukt. De zegel kan direct op het object worden gemaakt of op vetvrij papier, zodat de afdruk kan worden overgezet.

In order to change the design, unscrew the top part of the seal.

Light the wax stick in the wick and let drip a suitable amount of wax.

Or you may use a sealing wax gun for the wax sticks.

Wait for five to ten seconds until the wax has cooled down. Then push a cooled seal into the warm wax.

5.

Push down the seal for a few seconds and then remove it.

6.

You may make a wax seal on a piece of grease proof paper.

7.

The wax seal can now be removed from the grease proof paper.

You may put a piece of twine into a hole made in the flap on the back of the envelope and “glue” it with wax. Then push the seal into the wax, leaving a print.

Engelen met glitter

Engelen geknipt uit Vivi Gade Design papier en op waxinelichten gelijmd met decoupage lijmlak. De waxinelichten zijn daarna gedecoreerd met Paper Pen en 3D zilverkleurige liner alsook zilverkleurige chenilledraad aan de bovenkant.

Cut the selected angels from Vivi Gade Design Paper – the Bremen series.

Attach the angel onto the candle holder using decoupage lacquer (glitter) and apply thinly to the entire candle holder.

Glue the silver pipe cleaner onto the top edge of the candle holder using a glue gun.

Finish by decorating the candle holder with dots made with a Paper Pen.
