Hangende glasdecoraties met decoupage
Hangende glasdecoraties gedecoreerd met tissuepapier. Goudkleurig glitter is langs de randen gestrooid.

Cut a piece of tissue paper a little bigger than the glass decoration.

Brush glass decoupage lacquer onto the glass decoration.

Lay the glass decoration on the tissue paper.

Brush glass decoupage lacquer onto the back of the silk paper. Trim the paper when the decoupage lacquer is dry.
5
Brush the sides of the glass decoration with glass decoupage lacquer.
6
Sprinkle gold glitter onto the sides and attach a cord for hanging.

Het maken van een envelop
Een envelop uitgesneden met een Fiskars Shape Template en vervolgens gedecoreerd.
Make sure the blade is pointed in the cutting direction when you start cutting. The template must be turned with the Fiskars logo upwards. You may cut out more designs and assemble these with 3D foam pads.

Put a piece of card on top of the Shape Cutter mat. Put the Shape Template on top with the logo facing upwards.
2.
Remove the protective lid on the cutter. Check that the blade is pointing in the cutting direction before cutting.
3.
Cut out the envelope. Begin with the large arches.

Use the bone folder to make the creases sharp when folding.
7.
Cut out various shapes to decorate as desired.
8.
Use non permanent tape for the decoration.
9.
Close the envelope with non permanent tape.

Kaarten maken
Uitnodiging, menu en plaatskaarten gemaakt van Vivi Gade karton. De rand is gemaakt met een randen pons en de tekst is met de computer geprint en uitgeknipt. Deze kaarten zijn gedecoreerd met uitgestanste bloemen en bijpassende linten van de Vivi Gade serie.

Invitations:
Cut a piece of Vivi Gade paper measuring 30 x 21cm. Then cut out all the other parts.
White: 30 x 2cm. – punch the border in this piece of paper.
White with text: two pieces of paper measuring 12 x 6cm. 2pcs.
Two ovals measuring 1.25 x 1.5” and one measuring 1.5 x 2”.
You may want to write the texts on the computer before cutting.
Two pink pieces of card measuring 13.5 x 6cm. Two ovals measuring 1.5 x 2” and one oval measuring 2 x 2.5”.
Two ovals measuring 1.5 x 2” and one measuring 2 x 2.5”.
Punch out a number of white and pink dots for the flowers.
Place cards:
Cut out all the parts. One piece of pink card measuring 12 x 10cm – one oval measuring 2 x 2.5”.
White with text: one oval measuring 1.5 x 2”. With pattern: one piece measuring 9 x 5cm.
Menu card:
One pink piece measuring 21 x 9cm and one oval measuring 2 x 2.5”.
White with text: 15 x 5.5cm and one oval measuring 1.5 x 2”.
With pattern: 20 x 8cm.
Punch out a number of white and pink dots for the centre the flowers.

Fold the bottom 6cm on the patterned sheet, so it measures 30x15cm.

Fold inwards from each side.

Fold it up again and put double-sided adhesive tape on the inside for “pockets”. Attach the tape onto every fold.

Make the small cards for the pockets. Glue the text and the ovals onto the small cards.

Glue the text and the ovals onto the small inner card and decorate with flowers.

Put 3D foam pads onto the oval.

Cut a piece of ribbon – long enough to tie a bow on the front. Secure the ribbon with double-sided adhesive tape.

Fold the card together – tie the bow and glue the last oval which says “Invitation” onto the front. Finish with a small flower on the oval.

Maken van de kaart
Een cadeauverpakking gevouwen van een vel Vivi Gade Design papier. Gesloten met decoratief lint.

Fold a piece of square paper diagonally in one direction.

Unfold and fold diagonally the other way.

Unfold and fold two opposite corners toward the center.

Turn over and fold in half as shown.
5
Put on double-sided adhesive tape.
6
Close by folding as shown.

Cut two pieces of decorative ribbons each measuring approx. 30cm. Glue on the card’s front and back with double-sided adhesive tape as shown.

Hide the ribbon on the card’s front and back with a piece of square paper folded in half.
10
Decorate with punched out flowers assembled with a brad.

Een gevlochten kaarsenring
Vivi Gade Bremen papieren vlechtstroken zijn gewoven tot een kaarsenring en om een waxinelichthouder gemaakt.
Use the same weaving technique used for bags.
1.
Cut pieces Weaving Paper Strips into 12.5cm length.
2.
Fold lengthwise in the middle and then fold each end towards the middle. Each strip has a side with 4 layers of paper and a side with 8 layers of paper.
3.
Insert two folded paper strips into each others ends from the side with 4 layers of paper.
4.
Make sure that both woven ends are the ones with 4 layers of paper when weaving.
5.
Continue weaving with the remaining strips.
6.
To make a ring, connect the the ends of the woven strip.
7.
Put two rings on top of each other: put a double folded edge against a single folded edge.
8.
Sew together with zig-zag through the folds. Don’t pull too hard or you may rip the paper. Put the rings around the candle holder.

Teach Me meisjes
Uitgestanste meisjes van papier gedecoreerd met Vivi Gade Design papier van de Bremen serie, gehaakt kant en houten knopen. Het gezicht is getekend met een marker pen. Haren van veren met daarin roosjes van satijn.

Vintage Harten
Motieven zijn voorzichtig uit het Vivi Gade Design Papier, de Skagen serie, gescheurd en vervolgens gelijmd op de handgemaakte harten van papier-mâché. Vlaskoord en gehaakte kanten randen benadrukken de romantiek.

Tear the paper roughly in the same shape as the papier-mâché hearts.
2.
Glue on the parts – layer on layer – with VTR adhesive. The lace border and the flax twine are used as a decorative bow or for hanging.
