Leren armband

Pardo sieradenklei uitgestoken met een uitsteker. Gebakken in de oven en op een leren armband geknoopt met een stuk leerkoord, sluiting wordt eraan gelijmd.

Warm the clay ball by rolling it in your hands. Put it onto a piece of baking paper and press it flat.

Punch out with small shape cutters. Smooth the edges with your fingers.

Make button holes with a thick needle. Remember that the holes get smaller when fixing in the oven.

Put onto baking paper and fix in an oven at 130 degrees for 30 min.

Varnish with special lacquer for protection.

Glue on the hook clasp.

Make two holes in the middle of the bracelet using revolving pliers.

Tie the Pardo clay design onto the bracelet with a piece of 2mm leather cord.

Sieraden ketting

De ketting kan geopend en gesloten worden. Deze simpele techniek maakt het mogelijk de ketting korter te maken, te verlengen en om elkaar heen te bevestigen.

To assemble the jewellery chain, place the points in the first row of holes.

Push the points into place with flat nose pliers

Rocailles

Fill the Bead Caddy Spinner with beads.

Insert the wire into the end of the needle.

Spin the bead loader.

Insert the needle into the spinning beads in the opposite direction of the spin.

Thread beads onto a 16-18cm long wire.

Collect 4 strands with a crimp bead.

Thread a crimp bead close to the beads and squeeze it together.

Insert a crimp bead onto the wire – then add a bead cap and 16-18 beads.

Thread the wire back through the bead cap and the crimp bead until you have a loop.

Pull the wire tight and squeeze the crimp bead around the wire. Cut off the excess wire. Gently squeeze the bead cap around the beads.

Sew a bead by threading beads onto a wire – thread the wire through different beads until the shape is round.

Thread 3 beads onto the wire and attach the sewn bead.

Ringen

Een ring met ringen om te decoreren met kleine kralen geketteld op nietstiften.

Put small beads onto head pins and bend them a little to one side and cut off leaving approx. 1cm of the head pin.

2.

Twist to form a loop which is not to be closed completely. Use round nose pliers.

3.

Attach the loop from the headpin onto the loop on the ring. Now close it completely. Attach three pendants to each loop.

Another variant: rings with sieve discs are decorated with a bead cap and a metal rose sewn on with silver-plated wire.

Sieradenset van Pardo sieradenklei

Bijzonder fijne, zachte, in de oven af te bakken sieradenklei – kan zeer dun uitgerold worden en tegelijkertijd extreme details en patronen behouden – bak klei in een huishoudoven op 130°C gedurende 30 minutes per 6 mm dikte.

Roll 3 coloured balls and place them on top of each other – press the clay lightly together.

Roll the clay to the required thickness using a rolling pin – you could use the removable discs to the rolling pin.

Press a shape cutter through the clay to cut out the shape.

Gently make a hole using a needle.

When the clay is baked in the oven and cooled, apply Pardo Clay Varnish with a soft brush.
