Oranje armband

Deze armband is gevlochten met katoenkoord en met glas- en zilveren kralen.

Cut two pieces of cotton twine, one measuring 200cm and the other 80cm. Double over both pieces of twine and start braiding. See the technique below.

The beads are gathered in the middle on this bracelet, but they could be spread all the way around if chosen to. When fastening the cotton twine, it is advisable to glue the end in place with Super Attak Instant Glue.

Braiding Technique:
A clip board  is used for starting and supporting the braiding. Attach the pieces of cord under  the clip. Thread beads onto the middle piece of cord.

Follow steps B to I. Start again and switch from right to left until the desired length is reached.

Push up the beads when they are needed.

Place the middle cords parallel and braid an extra piece of cord over the two middle cords.

Cut off the ends leaving approx. 1cm.

Melt the ends one by one with a lighter and immediately push them into the braided piece with  a pair of scissors (for example) so they melt together.

Modieuze armband

Maak een mode statement en maak je eigen armband van dik leerkoord met Glass Charm kralen en Fashion Links. Armband wordt afgewerkt met eindkappen en een slotje.

Cut a 100cm piece of 4mm leather cord. Glue an end cap on one end.

2.

Fit the fastener with an oval ring.

3.

Thread on the desired number of beads and links. Finish by gluing an end cap onto the leather cord. Distribute the beads and the links on the cord. The bracelet is fivefold.

Leren armband

Armband gedecoreerd met macramé koord geregen door de uitgestanste gaten en versierd met een gesp. Sluiting is een haaksluiting.

Cut a approx. 19cm long piece of leather band. Make indentations approx. 1cm apart. Remember to do an odd number of indentations.

Punch out holes using the smallest setting on the hole punch pliers. Light pressure is enough for making the holes.

Thread a piece of 2mm thick macramé cord through the holes.

Place the jewellery buckle in the middle.

Glue the end of the macramé cord onto the back of the bracelet. Push some glue into the hook clasp when glueing on the leather band.

Ketting met hangers

Verzamel metalen hangers in een sleutelring m.b.v. ovale ringen. Bevestig de ring aan een lang stuk jasseron / sieradenketting.

Using a large oval ring, assemble both ends of a long piece of jewellery chain in a keyring.

2.

Assemble the pendants in the keyring using oval rings.

Vrouwelijke armband

Rijen prachtige kralen van parelmoer geregen op sieradendraad, aan elkaar bevestigd met kralenkapjes. Afgewerkt met een ronde ring en een sluiting.

Thread various beads onto your chosen number of beading wires.

Assemble the bead tip and the crimp bead on the wire. Squeeze the bead tip flat using flat nose pliers. Trim the excess wire. Close the bead tip around the crimp beads.

Fill the wire completely before closing at the other end.

Attach a round jump ring in one end and a round jump ring with a fastener in the other end.

Luxe en chique design

Sterling zilver en stardust kralen en een zilveren hart sluiting zijn aan elkaar bevestigd met een stuk luxe sieradendraad met prachtige facetkralen van agaat.

Thread the wire through the two holes of one part of the heart clasp and back through a bead, a crimp bead and another bead. Pull the end of the wire and the crimp bead locks by squeezing it flat.

2.

Fill the wire with faceted and silver beads.

3.

Use the same procedure as described above for attaching the other part of the clasp to the other end of the wire.

4.

Make a pendant with a bead on a flower end head pin which is turned to form a double loop.

5.

Connect the pendant in the clasp with a split ring.
