Een gevlochten kaarsenring

Vivi Gade Bremen papieren vlechtstroken zijn gewoven tot een kaarsenring en om een waxinelichthouder gemaakt.

1.

Cut pieces Weaving Paper Strips into 12.5cm length.

2.

Fold lengthwise in the middle and then fold each end towards the middle. Each strip has a side with 4 layers of paper and a side with 8 layers of paper.

3.

Insert two folded paper strips into each others ends from the side with 4 layers of paper.

4.

Make sure that both woven ends are the ones with 4 layers of paper when weaving.

5.

Continue weaving with the remaining strips.

6.

To make a ring, connect the the ends of the woven strip.

7.

Put two rings on top of each other: put a double folded edge against a single folded edge.

8.

Sew together with zig-zag through the folds. Don’t pull too hard or you may rip the paper. Put the rings around the candle holder.

KAARTEN MAKEN

De vlinder is gemaakt met een Fiskars sjabloon en de kaart is gedecoreerd met harten lint.

Maak het hartenlint vast met dubbelzijdig klevend tape aan de onderkant van de kaart.

Snij 3 vlinders met het Fiskars sjabloon – een in Vivi Gade Design papier, een in paars karton en een in vellum. Knip 5-7 kleine harten los van het lint.

Maak de grootste vlinder vast met dubbelzijdig klevend tape. Maak de middelste vlinder vast met 3D foam pads op de vleugels en dubbelzijdig tape in het midden.

Maak de kleinste vlinder vast met dubbelzijdig klevend tape. Buig de vleugels een beetje omhoog, zodat het lijkt of de vlinder vliegt.

In black card, cut out the body/feelers using the Fiskars template and secure with 3D pads.

Bevestig de kleine satijnen harten met Clear Marker.

KAARTEN MAKEN

Fijntjes gedecoreerd voor een feestje. Deze kaart is gemaakt met een randenpons, Pop-Up Pons en ons eigen Vivi Gade Design papier uit de Bremen serie.

Cut a piece of white card measuring 10.5 x 12.5cm and punch along one edge. Cut a piece of Bremen paper measuring 5.5 x 12.5cm and punch along both sides.

Attach the white card onto the inside of the front and the patterned paper onto the front with double-sided adhesive tape.

Cut a piece of white card measuring 5.5 x 3cm. Write “Invitation” with a black marker pen and decorate the top edge with the cutting from the border. Glue with a Clear Marker.

Punch out six flowers with the Pop Up Punch. Detach the flowers from the paper with scissors and put the flowers together, two sets of three, using a Clear Marker.

Put the small card into a small envelope and glue it onto the card. Glue on the flowers. Finish by making a hole through the white card, so that the ribbon can be inserted. Tie a bow.

Uitnodigingen

Een gevouwen kaart geembossed met een libelle en bloemenranden. Knip om de libbelle een stuk uit. Emboss de binnenste kaart met bloemen en kleur met Soft Color. Decoreer tenslotte met een Paper Pen.

Blue: 8.5 x 8.5cm
White: 8 x 8cm

KAARTEN MAKEN

Trek je feestkleding aan, de communie kandidaat nodigt uit voor een feest.

Cut out a penguin and fix it with 3D pads onto a square piece of paper which is slightly bigger. Put this onto a slightly larger piece of square paper – again with 3D pads.

Decorate with a Pearl Pen along the edge. Let it dry.

Attach the penguin in the middle of a card with 3D pads.

With a Fiskars Squeeze Punch cut out ten circles.

Put double-sided adhesive tape along the edge of the card – here we have used EZ Runner tape – and attach the circles. Let them slightly overlap each other.

Close the card and cut off any excess circles along the edge.

Voor de grap

Als het zomer is … of als je gewoon iets lekkers wilt eten … dan is het tijd voor ijsjes. Papier-mâché kegels met ijsbolletjes en decoraties van Silk Clay zijn gemakkelijk voor iedereen te maken. Eet smakelijk!

Paint the papier-mâché cone with A-color matt. It is easy to make the waffle pattern on the cone with simple strokes using a flat and narrow brush.

Roll Silk Clay balls and press them down over the cone. You can add sprinkles or berries to the ice cream according to taste – but everything is made from Silk Clay. If you want to hang the cones, then make a hole for the string at the top of the cone before the Silk Clay dries. Let it dry for approx. 24 hours.

Put beads on the string in the order you wish.

Tie knots in between each series of beads, alternating the thread.

The Tassel

This is how you do it

The tassel is laced over 3 fingers. Tie together at one end and secure to the cord with a Larks head knot. Exit and secure the knot with a dollop of glue.

Bracelet with ceramic beads

Macrame the closure this way: Cross the ends over each other, put a macramestring under and tie a knot.

Begin to macrame and macrame a small piece.

Trim the excess Macramé Cord.

Fasten the ends with glue.
