Kleurrijke vlinders

Het vlinderlichaam is gedecoreerd met een pyrografie gereedschap en geverfd met verdunde Plus Color. De vleugels zijn ook geschilderd met Plus Color.

Decorate the butterfly body using a pyrography tool.

2.

Paint the body with diluted Plus Color.

3.

Paint the plastic wings with Plus Color. You may scratch  a design into the wet paint.

4.

Attach a spring for hanging.

Serigraphy

Maak afdrukken op textiel met screen stencils. Bevestig met schilderstape. Gebruik een schraper om de Textil Solid verf over het sjabloon te verdelen.

Insert a piece of plastic inside the bag and secure the bag to the table as shown using masking tape. It must lie completely flat. Place the screen stencil design (it is self-adhesive) onto the bag.

2.

Attach masking tape around the design at a generouswidth at the top and the bottom of the design.

3.

Pour paint onto the masking tape at the top of the design.

4.

Use a scraper to pull the paint down over the design. Use both hands. Place your eight fingers onto the rubber of the scraper across the entire width in order to achieve an even pressure.

5.

Remove the masking tape piece by piece. Finally remove the design gently. Clean the stencil immediately to avoid that the paint does not dry into the “silk” (stencil). Hold it up against the light to check that all paint is removed.

6.

Fix the paint with an iron. You may put a piece of grease proof paper between the print and the iron.

Voor thuisstudie

Eenvoudige decoraties gemaakt met het stempelwiel van Fiskars. De inkt wordt automatisch aangebracht, zodat het stempelen eindeloos door kan gaan.

Remove the protective sheets from the stamp design.

2.

Attach the silicone stamp to the roller. Open the roller by pulling out the two orange pins.

3.

Push the ink pad in place at the top of the holder into the two grooves and turn it down towards the stamping roller.

4.

Cut out the flower with the shape cutter.

5.

Apply the stamp to the edges of the lid. Put the piece of paper with the cut out flower onto the lid of the box and roll the stamp across.

6.

Attach the metal frames using the small brads. Use a hammer for securing the back of the brad onto the box.

7.

Use the large brads for attaching the lid onto the box.

The magazine box is painted with white Plus Color using a paint roller and then stamped.

A card and an envelope with a simple stamped design.

Ballon lampen

Ballonnen zijn omwonden met papiergaren gedrenkt in Paverpol sculptuur lijm.

Pour the glue into a bowl. Dilute preferably with a little water. Soak the yarn in the glue and squeeze well.

Wind the yarn around the balloon. When the yarn is dry burst the balloon.

Oliepastel op hout

Houten ikoonen geverfd met Plus Color en vervolgens gedecoreerd met oliepastels in neon kleuren. Het design is gekerfd in het oppervlak en daarna is het kunstwerk gevernisd.

Paint an icon plate with white and black Plus Color Craft Paint and allow it to dry thoroughly.

Draw the design with oil pastels in neon colours – apply generously.

Etch the surface with a pointed object.

Apply one or two coats of varnish.
