Cut a square from paper matching the card and attach to the front with double-sided adhesive tape.

Cut out a green strip from one of the other sheets of paper and attach it to the edge of a die-cut frame.

Attach the die-cut frame with double-sided adhesive tape.

Attach self-adhesive rhinestone borders along the edge of the die-cut frame.

Finally attach metal dragon flies with 3D foam pads.
