KAARTEN MAKEN

Een gestempeld en embossed ontwerp gedecoreerd met eyelets, metalen labels, lint en strasstenen en op een parelmoer kaart geplakt. Een grappige kaart om te maken geschikt voor zowel meisjes als jongens.

Dab the stamp design with embossing glue.

Remove the lid from the embossing powder so that it’s ready beside you. Make sure to have an ordinary piece of paper underneath the object you want to emboss. Press the stamp onto your object. Make sure to press evenly so the entire design is transferred.

Sprinkle the embossing powder over the printed image immediately.

Pour plenty on, so the entire image is covered whilst the stamped print is wet.

Remove excess embossing powder from the image by tapping it gently against the table. Blow away the last bits if necessary. Alternatively, with a fine, soft brush you can remove the “errors”.

Pour the excess powder back into the tub.

TTurn on the heat gun and hold it approx. 20cm from the area you need to heat. After a few seconds, a miracle happens; the powder melts. Heat over the entire stamped area little by little. The image cools and solidifies after 15 seconds after which you can touch it.

Roughly cut out the design. Cut a piece of card measuring 9.5 x 14cm.

Fix eyelets around the dragon’s neck with an eyelet punch. One end is used to make the actual hole.

The other end is used for fixing the eyelet from the back. Punch hard a few times until the back of the eyelet is flat and attaches securely around the hole.

Hold the cut out dragon up against the black card and – keeping the cut flush – cut off where the dragon protrudes.

Put decorative ribbon through the eyelet holes and attach the dragon onto the black card with double-sided adhesive tape.

Put the black cardboard onto the card with double-sided adhesive tape. Write a text on a metal tag and tie it onto the dragon’s “collar”. Decorate with a red rhinestone eye if you wish.

Kaarten maken

Een kaart gemaakt van recycled papier, gestempeld en gedecoreerd met kurk, houten labels en houten vogels.

Stamp the card and the tags.

Cut a piece of cork measuring 10 x 10cm and attach it onto the card.

Glue on the birds with Clear Marker.

Attach the tags with the birds onto the card with 3D foam pads.

KAARTEN MAKEN

Gemaakt van een stuk gevouwen papier. Gedecoreerd met brads en een geponste rand. Labels gemaakt van karton en gedecoreerd met papier en linten.

Cut a piece of Vivi Gade Design paper from the series Helsinki size 28x28cm. Fold in half from the bottom up and open the paper again.

Fold in half from the left to the right. Open the paper again.

Klip i folden ind til midten som vist på foto.

Make a fold in the lower right corner. The length is 8cm.

Make a fold in the upper left corner. The length is 12x12cm.

In the lower right corner attach double-sided adhesive pre-cut strips as shown.

Close.

Also, attach double-sided adhesive pre-cut strips on the top left corner as shown in the photo.

Close.

Put on double-sided adhesive pre-cut strips as shown on the photo.

Fold over towards the left and press down the side firmly.

Punch a border, 16cm in length, from green design card and insert a satin ribbon.

Secure the ribbon onto the border with E-Z runner tape. A small strip is enough to keep it in place.

Put tape onto the back of the border in the same manner as shown in the photo.

Place the paper so that it is turned as shown in photo.

Attach the border onto the edge and decorate with brads. Make a small hole with an art knife, attach the brad and and push the legs out to each side on the back.

Turn the paper and attach the tape as shown in the photo.

Fold up the bottom left flap. (This is now the back of the front).

Close.

Cut a piece of green design card measuring 13x13cm and punch a border along one side. Attach white design card behind it so that a small edge peeps through. Then glue this onto the innerside of the card in order to stiffen the side and in order have a clean area to write on.

Make two tags for the pockets. These measure 6x17cm. Cut off the corners and make hole for a ribbon and fold 6cm from the bottom edge.

Tear off the top edge, so you can see the white core of the paper. Tear 2 strips of paper and glue them on underneath. Cut off excess paper along the edge.

Glue along the two sides as shown in the photo.

Close. Attach a ribbon in the top, insert a note into the pocket if you wish and your tag is now ready to be inserted into the pocket on the front of the card.

Kaarten voor het hele jaar

Speciaal ontworpen blanco kaarten met een lintsluiting gedecoreerd met bedrukt perkamentpapier en clear shapes stickers.

Cut two rectangles from two different sort of paper.

Punch a hole for the eyelet in one of the pieces of paper with an eyelet setter.

Attach the paper with double-sided adhesive tape.

Draw an organic shape on the patterned vellum paper.

Cut out.

Remove the backing paper from the clear shape stickers and attach – if you wish – to a piece of cut-out patterned vellum paper.

Draw lines with a 3D-Liner.

Coole kaarten met een enge draak

Kaart met label en eyelets als decoratie. Gel Pennen zijn gebruikt om mee te schrijven. De draak is gestempeld op de kaart met Plus Color acrylverf.

Cut out a window pattern.

Attach a dogtag in a window pole.

And close it.

Trim a piece of fibre paper and attach it on the innerside with double sided tape.

Dab silver paint on a foam stamp.

Press the stamp down on the card.

Draw barbed wire around the windows.

Make three holes with an eyelet tool.

Put in eyelets.

Pound the eyelets flat with the other end of the eyelet tool.

As a finish you can write a text on the dogtag.
