Tear the paper for the background.

Glue it onto a piece of black card.

Attach power tape along the edges of the Passepartout frame.

Remove the protective layer of the power tape.

Attach the background into the frame.

Tear the rest of the shapes and glue them onto the card. The shapes may protrude around the frame. Cut pipe cleaners to suitable lengths and attach power tape onto the picture where you want to attach the pipe cleaners.

Press the pieces of pipe cleaners firmly onto the picture.

Attach power tape onto wiggle eyes and attach these onto the pipe cleaners.
