Kerstmuts van vilt

Deze kerstmuts is gemakkelijk te maken. Knip een stuk vierkant vilt en naai aan één kant aan elkaar. Wind een stuk koord om de bovenkant en zet het nepbont aan de onderkant vast met grote stiksteken.
The measurements of the Father Christmas hat: Felt (0.45m x the circumference of the child’s head + approx. 4cm for seam). Faux fur: length: the circumference of the hat after it has been sewn, added approx. 5-6cm for seam. Height: 7-10cm.

Cut a piece of felt measuring 0.45m x the circumference of the head + 4cm for the seam.

Cut a piece of faux fur (7-10cm x the circumference of the head + 5-6cm for the seam).

Sew the felt together (on the 0.45m length) with 1cm seam.

Tie a piece of string or yarn around one end of the felt tube to make the tassel of the hat and tie a knot.

Sew on faux fur with tacking stitches. Start from the seam of the felt hat (the back).

Bend up the fur edge and sew the edge at the back last. Cut off any excess fur beforehand.
